My story of when I first wanted to start losing back fat starts back in High School…
I was really chubby, about as far away from a cheer leader as you could get, none of the boys liked me and generally I just felt like crap. I figured that my figure was the problem and so I set out to lose weight.
But that was a stupid idea, I wasn’t into protein shakes and going to the gym for hours a day to kill myself on a Stair Master. Tried it and hated it. Instead I wanted something that was attainable, good looking and natural. I didn’t want to be a fitness model here…
So, I decided I wanted to lose back fat. I wanted to be skinny. I spent many years searching for how to lose back fat fast and failed with pretty much every program.

Those exercise tapes sucked, results from only 20 minutes work a day – Yeah right! And I didn’t have time to do a ridiculous 2 hours worth of back exercises every morning.
I tried those supplements and pills too. Yeah I know, BAD idea, guilty as charged. Anyway, once again no results. A quick note to anyone considering trying them: Don’t. They’re awful, gave me mood swings and they’re just generally bad for you. Anything unnatural is usually really bad for you.
I tried extreme “lose back fat fast” diets too. And believe it or not, they did work… kind of. You see, one of the main things preventing women from having a thin back is the little (or big) layer of fat over your latissimus muscles. No matter how skinny you are (I looked more like a bowling pin) you probably still have this layer. Anyway, so the extreme diets do help to remove it.
But the diets were too much for me. I can’t eat the same crappy food all day every day, not only to get going in the first place but in order to maintain the loose back fat from coming back, you’d have to keep doing it.
Anyway, I gave my “lose back fat” search up for a few years, convinced that it was just a dream. Until one day after going to the gym I was talking to this girl I see down there sometimes, Nicole Hernandez and I started asking how she got her toned back…
I mean, last time I saw her she didn’t have one. Long story short and a 1 hour conversation later she told about this lose back fat program on the internet.
It’s called fat loss 4 idiots, so I figured I might as well check it out and man am I glad I did. It didn’t work quite as well as it was advertised on the site but within just two weeks I could see the faint outline of my thin middle and upper back… And I’d hardly changed anything about my schedule.
Eight weeks later and my back was totally skinny.
